Liberals are notorious as a group for their utter inability to take a joke. There are individual exceptions but as a group they are angry, humorless, prune-faced drones.

Liberals

Conservatives have too much anger, even though they have pretty much had their way with this country. They blame liberals for the little they haven't changed, and get very angry because they haven't taken 100% away from the middle class, and transferred to the wealthy.

I am liberal and my brother is conservative. We're both pretty funny, but I like to think I've got the edge. I'm SURE he KNOWS he's funnier, but then, like many a good conservative, he knows everything.

Liberals are more relaxed, easy-going, and I believe liberals are more secure within themselves. Conservatives are too up-tight, very insecure, and ill at ease. They are afraid McConnell or one of their watchdogs will see them laughing, and that's a no-no. Just my opinion....

Most Conservatives are stuffed shirts, stoic in their thinking, and too pompous. Some have a sense of humor, but Liberals by far have the best sense of humor, or can find humor in most situations.

Your political views only matter in humor when the joke has to do with politics. I'm a Liberal and I've got a damn good sense of humor, but I can also make fun of myself. Some people on here need to learn to do that once in a while.

Liberals by far. Conservatives are by their very nature controlling of their emotions and take themselves and life WAY too seriously. They'd rather spend their time worrying about someone else's life and what they feel you do wrong than living their own and enjoying the life around them. Many, not all, are closed minded and not willing to entertain diversity of ideas.

I would have to say 50/50. No matter what ones political/religious standing maybe, almost everyone has a sense of humor of some sort. To say one is greater than the other is, in my opinion, absurd.
