I have always found that concept confusing too. I thought whales and dolphins were fish.

Actually, I forgot about the whole thing. I lived through the whole "civilization will crash in 2000" nonsense and a bunch of decades of "Jesus is coming now" idiocy so a Mayan "prophecy" wasn't even a blip on my radar.

Too bad because it would be nice to have something to celebrate.

Was the world supposed to end in 1984? I was there, then, and I don't remember it, at all.

But, then, there have been so many Chicken Littles getting whomped on the head by acorns that it's too much bother to keep track. So, I just ignore it.

Dec 21,2012 was the moment when the grand cycle reset, what the date actually meant was it was the best possible date to start a new endeavor. The auspicious day of auspicious days. That's what all the doom spreading was all about, to put you in a frame of mind that would prevent you from capitalizing on it.
