I'm not really more like one than the other, as far as I can tell. I think I am unique from both of them, with a few of their traits incorporated.

I'm more reserved than my mother and am not a total people person. I tend to remain quiet unless I have something important to say and don't make a bunch of small talk. I'm also more even tempered like my dad, though I have a ton of patience which is unlike both my parents. Mom and Dad have short fuses and curse a lot.

Well, we have a similar temper, and I look like her. But my mind is all my dad.

Honestly, I don't know. I wish I had known my parents earlier in their lives. I knew them as parents. My Dad was a good man, a good provider and he was always there for us whenever we needed him. My Mom was beautiful. When I see pictures of her before she was married, she was always dressed in the latest fashion, she was slender, had long brown hair with just a little curl to it. Beautiful blue eyes, full lips, she really was pretty. I was lucky to look a lot like her. She loved to be on stage either acting or singing and she was also good in acrobatics. All that ended when she married. She was a good mother but I never thought she was happy. She loved Dad and was happy with him but his mother moved in with them not long after they were married. I think that was really tough on my mother. She never really felt that she was in charge of her own home and that is a big deal for a young wife and mother. I think that if she had her life to do over, she would do things a lot differently. Sometimes I think I'm going down the same road.

I don't always show emotion and that drives my mom crazy. Also, I am sarcastic and don't take crap from anyone.

About 80% Dad...but the things that I didn't like about Dad, I'm 100% my Mum...does that make sense?!!!

I am smuggly unique ... I did inherit looks such as my dads nose (not good) and my mums cheeks as I get older. I look like a squirrel hiding nuts ...

I also have some of her looks.

But, above that, I do have more of a sense of humour... crazier than them both put together... more perverted...

I do that too Dude. I write my column for the Ballymoney and Moyle Times using IncrediMail and I have often clicked send when I meant to click save. I drive myself nuts ... also my editor Lyle. I think he is in therapy thanks to me ... poor darling

I'm like both my Mother and Father.

A good mix of both and then some of my own quirks.

Well I didn't know my dad that well, but I'm not a machoist who insists on staying in an abusive relationship like my mom. So I'm probably more like him than her.

Neither... very different than either one of them. Much more like my Grandmother. :)

Probably my dad. But more so his side of the family, not necessarily him.

Honestly, I'm a little bit of both. My had a Doctoral in Physics and my Mom had a Masters in Psychology (not Psychiatry). I went through a phase in cryprography and found a book on my bookshelf on abstract algebra. Turned out it was my Mom's and she could explain it to me Child of nerds (found this out from my parent's cousins) = nerd. I guess I have a little of both and I respect both because they were good people and reallly intelligent. i only hope I can give back what they did. Correction: do (Mom is stil alive and giving back). Lession to women who think stay-at-home-moms are unintelligent and don't do anything useful.

I came out more like my dad in both personality and physical appearance.

My Mother says I have my Father's patient smile and methodical manor.I often wonder what he though about her fiery temper!But they divorced,guess that spoke volumes! I am my own person,and my Husband thinks,"they broke the mold!" LOL

Probably more like the mailman, since I was a lovechild. No I was not placed on this planet, by married mom and dad.

Neither, if it weren't for DNA people would not believe we were genetically related (and some still don't!).
