Picard (#1) The perfect blend of intelligence, thoughtfulness, resourcefulness, and tactical ability. His voice alone just oozes command authority.

Janeway (#2) Close second. Very Picard-esque in her leadership style. A little too trusting, though.

Sisko (#3) Basically a good captain. He even has a dark side, which I like. But he's a little too willing to let emotions get in the way.

Archer (#4) Again, basically a good captain. If only he wasn't such an annoying boy scout.

Kirk (#5) I would be terrified to serve under Kirk. They should have renamed his ship the USS Redshirt Meat Grinder.
