Which of These Video-Game "Villainous" antagonists do you like better?

"Villainous" IE- a clear cut (but non-cliche, So, not like Bowser, for example) villain with evil goals which he/she believes are right.

None of these even comes close to the true, greatest villain of all time: Jon Irenicus from Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn

Wesker was cool, given the choice i would have selected kessler from Infamous, towards the end it was debatable whether he was even a villian.

Well the Competition is: Ocelot (The old guy who tries to take over the world with Robots, and loses hands.), Makarov, (Who started World War III) Breen, Who enforced Totalitarian rule over the entire planet, and Sion; one of those badass scary Sith dudes.
