It's a real tight pick with me because I simply love carrot cake, spice cake and really good cheese cake. Of course I can only eat a little bit of this stuff because we would all be taking a terrible chance of me becoming too sweet (I know - Take the risk! Take the risk!)

mm!! i went to a wedding this summer and the grooms cake was chocolate with chocolate filling inbetween layers with like a fudgy chocolate icing on top!!! lets just say it was AMAZING!!!:D
