Death Note

I truly loved death note, best anime I have ever seen. But I also loved vampire knight and ouran host club. Vampire knight made me get VERY emotional for zero and at the end of the series I was absolutely furious, the ending couldn't be worse.

and I love "Spice and Wolf"

I prefer anime that ridicules anime or otaku culture, such as FLCL and Genshiken.

I do like Gunslinger Girl because there's nothing like little girls filling people with hot lead.

You'd probably like Lucky Star then. And Welcome to the NHK Club would probably interest you as well (actually, this anime is far better than Lucky Star, so try this one first).
