Which 'ghost hunting' t.v. show is your fav? out of these 2;

Ghost Adventures or Most Haunted. i like ghost adventures more for a number of reasons; it seems more real, its gripping: even if its a re-run, i'll still be on the edge of my seat, slightly scared, getting chills whenever a creepy EVP is captured, and lastly, i just had to put this, Zak is pretty easy on the eyes if u know what i mean. :) Most Haunted seems incredibly fake. They rely too much on the medium(s) to tell them if a spirit is present, they don't actually really show the audience that they are capturing evidence of spirits; they aren't running EVP and then playing it back so we can hear it, they arent replaying footage of mists/shadows/orbs for us to see, and lastly, in my opinion, its boring. i'm watching an episode right now, and i had to get on here so i wouldnt fall asleep.
i know people are going to disagree on this, but NO BASHING, PLEASE
