What face, there is nothing there.

I believe that makeup is used by women obviously to look more attractive, and for some people it is because they are insecure with what they really look like. Other women care possibly just because they are fashionable people. I am not one who necessarily looks for what ia on the outside of people, but in this case I would think that the smarter person doesn't wear makeup. I back up that statement with the fact that, the people who do wear makeup would be spending more time worrying about themselves rather than worrying about what they need to get done, whereas the the person who doesn't wear makeup would most likely be re focused on what they are supposed to be getting done.

Smarter person not wearing make-up? Some do not not wear it because they prefer less or not to.. Some because in their profession not allowed. Some do it because it makes them look professional or more put together.

I don't understand the question. But then again, I don't really understand the mainstream media either so....
