Russell Stover toasted coconut bird's nest with 3 jelly bean eggs in it!! It is not Ostara without one. I love celebrating from Ostara (the Spring Equinox) through to Christian Easter. On Easter I make a coconut white cake with Boiled icing - covered in coconut with raspberry coulis. YUM!!! The best part of lent is getting fish fry on Wednesday AND Friday.
