Its the only meal that i can just relax and enjoy for the most part.
I feel like im rushing to eat breakfast so i can get to work on time and since i only get a 1/2 hour for lunch i feel like in rushing to enjoy that also.

Breakfast is the first meal of the day, (when you break your fast) which for me is usually lunch... so probably one/both of those.

After a long hard day and I'm too tired to make a "real" dinner it's nice to quickly fry up some bacon, pour a bowl of cereal, and just crash on the couch......and nothing brightens my day more than getting that perfect ham omelet in the morning :)

Dinner is Easiest for me. Breakfast sucks because I'm allergic to Dairy, Eggs, and Wheat...which are the staples of Breakfast. lol

Breakfast= First meal after a fast (typically in the morning after a nightly fast, but can be any time you are eating after not eating for a long time)
Lunch= Mid day meal (typically around noonish for those on a "day shift" but can be any time of the "day")
Dinner= The biggest meal of the day (for many this would coincide with lunch or supper but could be any meal)

All three of these could be the same meal.
