It depends. If it's to have the energy to move around and exercise I get something like a peanut butter bar and some milk. If it's for something like a long drive (which I do often) it could be a 5 hr. energy shot (which taste horrible no matter the flavor but it keeps me awake). Possibly coffee or whatever is easy in general.
A big glass of water or sometimes iced tea, a snack of fruit, yogurt and a handful of almonds or pecans... plus a short walk to get the blood flowing again.
Yep, that's when my sugar craving kicks into high gear. When I'm good an apple will do the trick, otherwise it's a Snickers Bar. Usually hits at 3:00 in the afternoon.
Real coffee, not the frilly stuff.
I drink a strawberry, blueberry, banana, and apple juice smoothie every afternoon.
