Either a sexist pig who's mad because he's not getting any, or an unattractive woman who's jealous. That's generally who uses the term, and rarely does the person being called a slut actually fit the description of a slut. Like so many derogatory terms, it's just another way of saying "person whom I dislike."

Oh I was ASKING for the first thing that comes to mind...so unless someones is admting to calling people those names the quetion is open to their opinion. Do you get what I am saying? You can't punish a person for their thoughts....yet.

I am not so sure I have heard women use it as a derogitory term for other women more, myself.....and men use it as more of a good thing. You know what I mean?
Some women use whore, slut, and sk@nk interchangeably. Not in the same way the use
b!tch which can be a friendly term or kidding around....from what I have seen it's a lot of women using the terms.....not even going to mention the C word which is vile as far as I am concerned.

That's funny you say that because my friend who...has been around A LOT(she was sexually abused badly as a very young kid) it took her years to figure out that sex was not love and just because someone thought she was attractive and wanted to sleep with her did not mean they had her best intrest at heart...that they used her for their own self gratification and ditch her....most of the girls that called her names and got nasty with her were girls(I am sure they thought they were open minded as long as she stayed away from their guys.... Women can be VERY nasty/caddy.
