When was the last time you fell? How bad did it hurt?

I tripped over something one of the kids left on the floor and went down pretty hard. Hand, elbow, knee, foot, and lower back are all screaming at me now. Falling sucks.

i fell off a step at a friends house and tore the cartilage in my knee.. it hurt more a couple of hours after ... i had to have surgery on my knees

I joined a roller derby team a few months ago. When I first put my skates on I forgot that I hadn't skated for about 15 years and assumed I would find it as easy as I did back then...not true, fell hard on my back and bruised my coccyx (tailbone) Couldn't walk or sleep properly for a week because of the pain. I still get the odd twinge if I put the wrong kind of pressure on it but have invested in some crash pants and am back on skates again :)
