Boy you obviously have no idea what an atheist is. Atheists believe in consequences, just no from a deity. Atheists think lying is wrong also, they just do not need a book or god to tell them so.

Once again - and it's purely from personal experience in the courts of California and New York - I have NEVER seen anyone sworn in on any religious instrument. As far as I can tell that's some Hollywood bullshit.
