When a spider suddenly comes out of nowhere, does it usually make you jump?

I don't suffer with arachnophobia and I even used to handle my friend's tarantula, but I was just doing some clearing out and as I pulled a box out a massive spider came out of nowhere and made me jump. My heart beat increased by at least a thousand. lol

It would depend on how big the spider is, if it's small, maybe about 1-2 and a half inches big, then no, but if it's beyond that then hell yeah!

It's definitely not a prop either. I seen one of these before and I screamed and ran away and cried [when I was about 4], only because slimy stuff was coming out of it's mouth and it was like 3 times my size!

I can promise you it isn't. lol. Because I saw one of those in my old basement when I saw about 7-10. My basement was haunted, I can definitely tell you that because every time I went to go downstairs in there, I would always see a spider and then a few years later, the day we moved, we found the main source of the babies: THAT THING YOU SEE IN THE SECOND PICTURE!!! I screamed and jumped in the moving truck with my mom and took off. The spider chased us, and I don't even know how it followed us off the coast of New Hampshire!

Depends on the size of the spider. If it's a big furry spider, I'd better be wearing depends. If there's no one around, I have to kill it myself because I'd know it was out there somewhere just waiting to jump on me. I actually like tarantulas and I can hold them with no problem.

It would have to be a very big spider. I do examine the spider's that come into my home if I come across them.

My daughter was once bitten by one and she had to have an emergency medical procedure without anesthesia when she was 3 1/2. They had to get the poison out right away. Then she had to be on strong anti-biotics for a month.

It's good to be able to tell the good ones from the bad ones. I ignore them if they are harmless. I'm still lookin' for that bad boy that bit my daughter though. God help 'im if I find him!
