Soft, sweet, and lingering.

Depends on the who, when, where, and why.
First kisses should be soft, very little tongue (if any at all) and almost teasing.
...when things get more intense, then yes - going all for it is the best. But never sloppy - sloppy wet kisses are the worst. And bad breath runs a close second.
