Depends on the type of exercising I am doing. I listen to a lot of heavy metal/intense type songs when doing cardio to keep me motivated and moving. Pine Woods by Korpiklaani is one of my favorites to box to.
Jumping rope is cardio >.> I hate cardio for the most part. I only deal with it when need be. I Absolutely hate my treadmill but use it because I know it helps. The only other cardiovascular workout I enjoy and am willing to do is my boxing , and to a lesser extent, my rowing, on my weight machine. I'd rather lift weights all day, build muscle, and not burn that many calories in the short term, than to be worried about burning off all sorts of calories to begin with , with cardio workouts. Bleh. I wish we could all just eat as much as we wanted, work out as little as we wanted, and maintain our weight XD Such is not so for most of us though, unfortunately. I have to work my butt off just not to be a fat (_|_)
