The hottest I've tasted so far, the Scotch Bonnets (Habanero) which register around 350,000-575,000 on the Scoville scale. I heard there's another one hotter than the Scotch Bonnets, the Naga Jolokias that I have never tasted register 855,000-2,000,000 on the Scoville Scale are considered the hottest in the world. I'll be too scared to taste them. I like my peppers hot, the hotter the better but I draw the line at Scotch Bonnets as they are plenty hot already.
