Thanksgiving. Many wonderful memories of this with my family when we were all together.
Halloween when I was younger.... loved the parties and dressing up. My little boy really loves this day, plans for months in advance. Has his costume nearly worn out by the time the big night rolls around!
Easter, my family made this very special too. :)
Christmas is balancing 2 kids, 2 ex husbands, and trying to make everyone happy supporting their ideas of a happy holiday. I am still too tired from the last one to think about the next one.
the 4th of july is by far my favorite holiday. it's not about money, greed, buying presents and stressful holiday shopping like christmas and similar holidays-it's just about being with friends and family, barbecuing, drinking beer and watching fireworks. unlike christmas, easter ect. the 4th of july is as much fun as an adult as it was when you were a kid. halloween is awesome too-that would have to be a close second.
And of course
[Also finding a alice costume that doesn't show off the good was damn near impossible.]
Thanksgiving and Halloween. Thanksgiving for the food, Halloween for the morbidity of it all. :)
i may be atheist but alot of my extended family isn't and its tradition
