You'll think I'm strange. Sushi (not necessarily sashimi although crab, the leaner tuna & salmon and uni work well) , what people around here call "Alaska, Seattle or California Rolls" (Futomaki). I like a type of 'California roll' made with king crab, salmon, uni (sea urchin roe), avocado, and shan (sushi rice) wrapped in nori (seaweed) of course.
