Mozzarella and ricotta all the way baby! Organic is the best, no cow abuse. I love ALL cheese though lol.

I totally LOVE cheese.

I never had goat cheese. I'd like to try it though, as long as the goat was not hurt in any way and no steroids are in it.

oh yes i agree. if u do try it, try a soft goat cheese, with omelet its really good, or on bruschetta (my favorite) :)

The list is simply too short....there are many goat cheeses which are not Feta; and so on. Cheese is an incredibly complex food...some are aromatic; others less so...but all are unique to the place in which they are produced.

I like all except blue. My favorite depends on what my current taste is for. More often than not, it is for extra-extra-sharp cheddar. When I bite it, I like it to bite back.
