Today in my Environmental Science class, someone asked me if I were a democrat or a republican. I said I'm a libertarian; more accurately I'm an anarcho-capitalist, but that's just a branch of libertarian thought, so I said libertarian. he said, "Okay, but are you a democrat or a republican, is what I asked."
I asked him what he meant, and he said "Well, you have to be one or the other."
I said, "no, you don't."
"Isn't that all there is?"
*Facepalm."
This boy was 17. (A year older than me.)
So, what's the most ignorant thing you have ever heard someone say?

+5That because I dyed part of my hair blonde I was considered a slut and deserved to be raped. I was like what the heck?? Take note that the person who told me this is blonde. Oh highschool, such joy.
So last week, I'm sitting with my friends at lunch. The table adjacent to ours is where a bunch of preppy people who we don't know sit. I'm talking with my friends when I overhear this from the aforementioned table:
"If I had a gay child, I'd make him straight."
Now, I didn't say anything in response to this, but I was angry when I heard that. How ignorant.

The most ignorant thing I think I've heard someone say is, "Anime? Isn't that some kind of porn?"
I said "What happen the Alpha Wolf Spirit? He on vacation today?"
From then on I always had to "help" her go back and forth to vehicles, until we finally had had enough of her multitude of lies and asked her to leave.
Hard to top that.
