Sophie 2012/08/15 07:08:17+6I am a slow "waker upper", lol. I will lay in bed for a while just stretching, yawning, lingering between sleep and becoming awake. After hitting the snooze button a couple of times I then play a meditation cd, maybe listen to a couple of tracks. Soon my cat is up and about and wanting some attention so playing with her is the next phase of the "get up routine". This part usually can take about 15 minutes or so then it might be getting near time to go make some tea......Yep, slow mornings are the best! Oh, lastly, be grateful you woke up one more day and have two feet to get out of bed.....
