Whats the difference between paying for sex and buying dinner, going to the movies and then getting sex?

Either way, u lost money so whats the difference. Ones perfectly legal and the other is illegal. Its legal to give away sex for free, its legal to pay for sex if its being filmed for porn but u can go to jail for paying just for sex? Do these laws make sense to you?

If you pay someone to have sex with you, sex is the thing that you're purchasing.

If you buy someone dinner and a movie, that's all you're doing, if the woman feels like she wants to have sex with you after that, it is totally up to her. It's not a guaranteed deal.

If you expect sex after dinner and a movie, you may need some help.

If you pay for sex, you may need a doctor.

If you perform sexual acts while being filmed, you may be a porn star.

Kind of crazy. the only difference is that when you pay for it directly, it's understood that sex will take place. Dinner and a movie certainly leaves a lot of doubt.
