NATURE. Im so fortunate to have a Nature preserve in my area. When I feel the need to get away I go for a bike ride on that bike trail.

Don't worry about it.

Find out what your anxiety is. Calculate the odds of the event happening. It will almost certainly be negligible. So don't worry about it.

Take a you break and just breath or if you have anxiety all the time I would see your family doctor.
