When I could have sugar I loved butter and cinnamon & sugar. However; I needed an "ALL of the above" on this one almost! lol Our family always used to put real butter on first, then peanut butter--we used to say so it would be all "melty-shmelty". Another good one (with less fat and calories) is "skinny toast", 1 slice Canadian bacon, 1 poached, 1 slice low fat Colby/cheddar cheese. I like a bagel or English muffin spread with cream cheese, mashed canned sardines and one thin slice of onion. It ruins your breath for a week but it's so good.
*Sigh* I live in a podunk town so will have to check out the supermarket or WalMart's when I hit nearest big town (about 40 minute drive away)...unless they have it on Amazon! Lol!
