I haven't seen The Sound of Music. I get ants in my pants when it comes to musicals. Can't sit still. However, I have been to Salzburg Austria, where it was filmed, and it was GORGEOUS.

I've heard they're gorgeous in the wild. don't bother to see the musical until senility sets in.... might be bearable then. :)
