    What would I do? I'd help them, that's what'd I do. If they were actually hurt and not conning, I'd help them.

    Try to help, check by talking to them first, name day of week to see if coherent, if no response check vital signs, call 911 get appropriate help and than proceed to see if they are bleeding, not breathing, and try to stop blood loss and or perform CPR if required. Try not to move them if it appears they are suffering from body trauma.
