I would turn it in to the police. I wouldnt be able to spend it in peace because I would be so afraid the bills were marked because someone had robbed a bank and ditched the money.

...and the first thing I would buy would be the item I came to the Dump to get in the first place. Now, is this money marked? perhaps with an explosive Ink pack? if so then I would just leave it at the dump...after I peeled enough to get what I came for. \m/
