What would you do if you caught your child's boyfriend/girlfriend sneaking out of your house?

If I had a boy and his girlfriend sneaked out of the house, I would tell her to come back; and I wouldn't do anything to them. But if I had a girl, and if she had a boyfriend, then I would shoot his ass.

But I won't do anything I would just tell my kid no need to sneak around.

take them both and have a very long tock

Sit the "significant other" down for a talk with you and your kid, then have the other kid's parents notifed, and punish your kid.

Nueter them both.

i would chase after him get my wife to look her over and make sure she is still fresh and tell her to tell her bf if he has balls to come through the front door oh and if i catch him i'll slap him with a leather belts that hurts

I don't have kids.

But, if I did (or this happened with my little sister)...

But if I did, I would try to catch them. So I can talk some sense into them.......lol

Well lets see. I caught my oldest daughters' bf going out the back door at 4:45am one time. Daughters room was next to the back door. We had a very interesting conversation which lasted until well after 7:00am when he should be home getting up to go to school AND his father would have needed the familt car togo to work.

See what he forgot was it was my turn to feed and care for the animals that morning and I'd been up since 3:30am.

The conversation was all aboutabsolutely nothing, BUT lasted long enough so his father would KNOW somthing was up.

I had long since talked to my daughter about THE TALK. When she came home from school she said "YOU'RE MEAN Daddy. But I love you for being nice to my bf this morning when he left. But his father wasn't happy at all. He grounded my bf for a whole month!!!."

I just smiled and continued to smoke my pipe.

i would throw him in the car and drive him home while yelling at both of them,,,,

Every case is different but trust is earned and if you would sneak around to avoid our household rules you most likely couldn't be trusted with any other area of our home...maybe some time away from each other would help in the area of trust. I would also need to explain this to the parents of this intruder so that we would all be on the same page.

A good swift kick worked for me. I caught my daughters b/f TRY to sneak out and I give them the boot, literally.

either make him call his parents and tell them right in front of me, or deliver their son (for the most part unharmed) to them and tell them myself. And it would be his choice which.

First of all ,anyone who's met me wouldn't try that.But if they did,I'd shoot them in the head with a 12 ga and drag their dead body in the house.I don't like a thief!

I don't have kids but I would chase them down and poke em with a sharp stick.

Actually happened to me once by a former girlfriend's father. He just smiled at me and said "next time, son, don't sneak down the back stairs. Use the front door". I was amazed.

But if I did, both kids would be receiving a protracted and extremely embarrassing talk on birth control.
