Yes you do, and hopefully your lawyer is able to make him pay you spousal support for the years that you have had to fight him in court.

We tried to negotiate out of court but eventually my lawyer said we should file the court papers because payment is only retroactive to that point of filing the papers and not before.

That sucks, it isn't that way here in the states. You can legally sue for 'back-support'.

I've felt that way each time I finished the latest one to come out, it will be worth the wait as it always has been.
In the mean time I suggest you look for some books by Terry Goodkind or by Terry Brooks, you'll enjoy them as well.

I agree I agree!The Inheritance series is amazing.And every book is so beautiful.You go to Eragon's world and all.

I've been reading George R. R. Martin's saga A Song Of Ice And Fire. They are VERY good. I just finished A Storm Of Swords and have started on A Feast Of Crows.
