the other day my daughter walked up to me wrapped her arms around me and told me she loved me ... that's right up there ... and I hadn't given her a gift or anything! ... the last part I included for you cynics
The happiest moment that comes to my mind was after school as a young teenager when I first met and had the pleasure of talking to a boy I was madly in love with, after having watched him silently from afar for weeks. I can still remember that euphoric feeling, it was the best adrenaline high ever, and my heart could have exploded with love and joy. I'm still waiting to feel that way again one day.
It was a very, um, ordinary moment. Me and my girlfriend were lying on her bed, not even touching each other, talking about something... I was talking more, she was listening and looking me in the eyes, not moving. I realised that she was beautiful, that I loved her and these were the eyes I wanted to look at forever. It wasn't that crazy lusty feeling, it wasn't anything too emotional, I just knew I had found a great friend, a sweet lover and a faithful partner. A soulmate in a way...
There has been many, having my 3 sons, being very proud of their accomplishments + now 2 of them are married + have their own families. What more could a mother want ?
Hi Betz, i`m OK thanks, how are you ?. We`ve had all these Jubilee celebrations the last 4 days. The Queens 60yrs on the throne, it`s been quite good, at the moment there`s a service of Thanksgiving at St Paul`s Cathedral in London. She looked a lonely figure walking on her own into the Cathedral, Prince Philip is in hospital. I`m not a Royalist but i do admire The Queen, it`s a pity she`s just a figure head + has no power, i`m sure if she did things would be a lot different in the country, i think she`s a very feeling caring human being with great knowledge + integrity. There was a concert at the Palace last night, the affects + the crowds were amazing, pity most of the performers were not, Tom Jones amazingly was great for a man of 72 !!, a couple of Classical artists were also amazing, Paul M`Cartney + Cliff Richards were appalling, they should retire along with many others. There was a festive day here where i live, live music etc, i went into the town for a look around but i could hear all the music in my garden which i really enjoyed while i did a bit of gardening, some great voices, i think they`d have done better than many of the performers at the Palace Concert !!. Without sounding prejudiced it has been a really British celebration, something which is now sadly missing in this country, our Culture is quickly disappearing !!!. Nice to hear from you Betz. Enjoy your day. :0)
My & every one's life full of + & -, me not a exclusive, I take things as they come, a bag full of happiness with me also,as well a container in my back yard is full of sad's I suffered. But the container is to be air lifted to the place where it should be dumped. Only my happy moment's to stay with me. Lol
i havent really had a happy moment but the most happiest thing that could happen to me would be my last minute. when i know i died for something while doing something that someone i love could benfit from. like dying on the battlefield or giving my life to save someone else. man people hate me they would be saying "dont think like that, your a girl!" (now, why do males get all the glory??? LOL)
The two happiest moments of my life were when my sons were born. I am sure I have had other happy moments, but at my age, I cannot seem to recall them easily lol.
Seeing as how I had two c-sections and did not have to actually push out a watermelon I was even happier. I have witnessed vaginal births, and it is amazing just how much a woman can stretch, and yet I was sure happy I did not have to stretch like that.
The moment I realized that the woman I was "casually seeing" was falling in love me with, and that I was doing the exact same in return. Nearly three years later and we will be getting married soon :)
Little everyday joys are different...
all the crew was great and all the nice folks were ahead of me and the moment of most
happiest time~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
