What type of people annoy you the most on SH?

I've been on SodaHead for nearly a month now and I've come across some types of people that are beginning to annoy me. The three that are at the top of my list are girls asking if they're pretty; people who are intolerant of other people's beliefs, including people who claim to know for a fact the truth about whether or not God exists, and mistake their beliefs (or lack of beliefs) for fact (and I include both believers and atheists in this); and people who misinterpret my comments, but even after I've informed them of this misunderstanding, they still feel the need to argue.

all of the above and people who always come up with their GRAND so-called INTELLECTUAL political arguments. I have nothing against people who are interested in politics but from what I'm seeing, they talk and act like they know everything and make other opinion makers feel small.

Ppl who create polls just for points(and it's not even fun like the quiz questions);ppl who create polls with biased answers(but then I just ignore the question altogether)..
Just recently I had questions about bands cascading..and then ppl holding a photo of a girl, asking yay/nay..as well as "am i pretty" or "who's prettier".. -_-

Question: Is there any way we choose what types questions are shared to us?For example, if I don't want questions about politics in my shared list, I could just not receive them at all?

Yeah, the whole point thing is still a little foreign to me. I've been on SodaHead for a month now, and I pay no attention to the Leaderboard.
The biased answers really annoy me, and more recently, the people who don't add an "Other" option when it's necessary. Not everything is a simple yes or no.
And yes, the "am I pretty?" questions are getting on my nerves.

I don't know the answer to that question. As I say, I'm quite new, but there are a few types of questions I'd sooner not receive.

Couldn't agree more. Having said that, many of them know that they're attractive and are just looking for an excuse to flaunt how attractive they are, which is why they get so upset when someone like me doesn't fawn all over them and tell them that they're pretty.

It isn't just America either. I think it's sad that a person's worth is measured by how beautiful they are or how much money they have ,rather than on their character.

It goes both ways too. When you're a guy who's only 5 foot 3, doesn't have much money and hasn't been blessed with good looks, women avoid you like the plague! Haha :-) That's just the way this world is. At least I can choose not to be so shallow. I don't have to follow the herd.

I agree. My very first day on SodaHead I said that I thought that Mitt Romney was a stupid name and I got so much hate from so many American political extremists. From the amount of hate I was getting, anyone would've thought that I had just pissed on the American flag!

It just made me laugh how touchy they were getting about an innocuous comment about a person's name. Our Prime Minister is John Key, and we all thought it was hilarious when an American comedian, who was visiting my country, said that his name sounded like something you'd use to open the toilet door. Haha :-)
