All of the above, I don't like aches cuz it's just stupid, it's not painful but it just makes u incapable of doing anything... I like real pain, like when u break something, or when ur bleeding, or when ur cut...

The anguish of a dental abscess is hideous because of the profuse enervation in and about the head and neck.

Of the list, most other types of pain involve smooth muscle cramping ("tummy") or skeletal muscle spasm (if you appreciate that most "head" aches are due to muscle tension in the neck).

Now, if we're talking migraine cephalgia (which isn't as common as most people seem to think), there's a bit of a difference, but dental pain still commonly trumps it.
