I have no idea - I haven't been to every state, nor have I met every person in them.... I will say that all of them have ignorant people, and I'm sure more of them have stupid people. Ignorance can be cured - stupidity? -not so much.

It does not matter where you go there are smart people and dumb people. Having a Harvard degree does not mean you are smart either..The last time I looked there were still only 50 states in the US...not 57+

Your putting down my state. I am from Alabama. I know some of our citizens aren't the brightest. But talk about your own state first. Cause personally, I've seen some ignorant people in Atlanta, GA
