I set up every morning, at every meal and any electronic visual I watch. I stretch for ever garment of clothing anything past the second cabinet shelf and to get the last bag of groceries out of the vehicle. I bend over to tie shoes, wash feet and legs, weed the garden, pick up trash around the yard. Yet, I run to the bank to cash my check whenever I get paid, and after that blasted mystery person who keeps breaking my east living room windows.
i started monday walking a mile a day it's down hill going but up hill coming home, plus i have a steep hill up the road, if to cold or wet, i can walk up. UI'm on the way to being a better me
I hit the gym 6 days a week. I run 8-12 miles a week, resistance training, HIIT training, a lot of core workouts, got to keep those abs nice! free weights, and heavy bag training/MMA. Along with the right diet for me! This is all from a guy who used to be over 300 lbs. :)

I used to swim and still would if I had access to a pool.
I used to bicycle and still would if I hadn't injured my knee.
Walking and hiking mostly. I'm a member of ExerciseFriends.com where you can easily find local folks with similar fitness activity interests / skills (all for free) so there's no excuse for not hooking up with workout or walking buddies to keep going strong. Not long ago, pushing my luck was the only regular exercise I got; that's no longer the case.

But i'm only 125lb. so i haven't gotten obeseb ecause of it.
Unfortunately, with an average heart rate of arouns 90-110 BPM, and the stamina of an asthmatic pensioner, i'm not exactly healthy.
sometimes i lift weights and i gots this thing in my basement!:P i use it everyday!
thats all i do (exercises wise) to stay skinny ^_^
