Vegetarians, those whose religion precludes pork, those with sky-high cholesterol levels and history of stroke, heart attack, bypass surgery...to name several reasons--there are many with personal dislikes of the flavor, salt content, etc.

Me. It's way to salty and I just don't like pig meat in general. The only bacon I've ever liked was at this B&B; in Ohio last year. It usually makes me nauseous.

An animal lover someone loves animals, no matter how ugly or mean they look. A vegan/vegatarian and i would say religious beliefs as well.

Thank God we live in America, where we have the privilege to live and do according to our choices; and I'm glad that you aren't in to eating humans. However, for those of us who believe in God's word, we know that some animals since the beginning of time was put into place for nourisment and protein for humans. Hey if you don't believe in God, that's your choice as well.
