The economy, he inherited a poor economy and he just hasn't been able to fix it yet. He has turned it around and gets no credit for that.

Even though he has been a POTUS for 3 1/2 years, everything that is negative or a failure on his watch he never owned up to it. It was always George W. Bush's fault, the tsunami in Japan, the European economic meltdown, the storms in the midwest, etc., etc.,etc. History will judge him accordingly.
