Smoked Swiss likely ranks at the top of my list. Close behind is Swiss, White Extra, super, ultra sharp cheddar. My grandson and I are both good "cheesy" candidates for the lead in any non-animated version of "Wallace and Grommet".

OH my, there are so many.. I tend to like the stronger more pungent smelling cheeses. Regular 'Kraft" cheese wastes my time, because it doesn't add to the flavor of what you are eating

There's several cheeses I enjoy ..
but right now ..
I seem to choose more often for the sandwiches that I make ..
a Creamy Havarti ..

(after that .. I like Cheddar, American, Provolone .. some recipes use Parmesan .. I use some Blue Cheese too .. )
