During the week I don't eat breakfast. Oh but on Sat. I get up about 10 / 10.30 and have 6 eggs sunny side up 6 pieces of bacon and or ham 6 pieces of toast butter and jam 4 /5 cups of coffee 3 glasses of orange juice. I wait about an hour then have lunch. I love SATURDAYS

Eggs, over medium, bacon, hash browns smothered, and a biscuit. Of course, that only happens about every 3 months. Usually we have something low fat. Blech.

Eggs, but I'll eat most any breakfast food if it has some warm, smooth, flavorful biscuit gravy on it. I'm trying to cut back on that, though.

The struggle begins after the dishes are cleared away. :O) You'd have to clear a whole forest to work off a breakfast like that!

Traditionally it was a breakfast that farmers ate at around 9 AM after having been up for 4 or 5 hours...

I can see how a meal like that would be welcome. Then, the ploughman's lunch and a glass of something worthwhile. :O) What time do you generally eat your last meal of the day there?

I eat at noon and grab a bite (piece of fruit or a sandwich) at about 6.

Most people eat between 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM depending on whether they have children and their ages...

Ah... probably not the huge dinners we tend to have here, as most seem to miss breakfast and eat garbage for lunch.

Been addicted to British TV for about a decade, now... you people really pack it away!

Drama and comedy - although not all countries get British humour as it tends to be quite dry and self deprecating,

The writing, casting and acting are head and shoulders above anything we've ever produced here. I think the self-deprecating aspect works really well because you're all so articulate. It's a real pleasure to behold.

Thanks, but please do not fall into the illusion that what you see on TV is representative of the public in general, who are not all so articulate...
