8 cups Quaker oatmeal
1/4 cup olive oil
mix
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup of honey
mix
Spread out on cooking sheet sprayed with PAM, low sides (about 1/2" thick)
Bake till brown, remove and use spatula while still warm to losen up. It works better that way. If left till cool it will be a huge granola bar.
Optional: At this point, I add a 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
and 1/2 cup of raisins rolled in brown sugar
And tasty :)
everybody hated this cereal but i loved it
