I think it would be very difficult to be as good as the first one, kind of works that way for sequels most of the time but do you think it's worth reading, I will go look for it?

I'm not sure I can recommend it but I was really looking forward to reading it and expecting a lot. Follett is a good author and it was ok but just don't expect a repeat of Pillars.
