Well the major contribution factor to the possibility of it, is the rabies. If you have hungry baby bunnies then it's all a matter of how much exposure they have to a possible rabies source. Devise a hungry baby bunny housing unit that eliminates rabid animals from potentially exposing the hungry baby bunnies, which in turn would make them hungry rabid baby bunnies.
All in all the possibility of you getting eaten by them is slim to none. I don't think a full grown rabbit could eat a human let alone a hungry baby who has succumb to the rabies. However if the rabies exposure precondition has been met then their is a chance that if they do take a nasty little carrot chunk out of your body, you may in fact be exposed to rabies. Hope you don't get rabies.
