Basically anything that disregards my individuality on the basis of my gender. Negative comments about my appearance rarely bother me, but please take me seriously. Being objectified also pisses me off, even if I don't show it. Sadly, if I do, people will only peg me as a boring girl who is "unable to take a joke". Okay, I digress.
The most disrespectful thing you can say to a lady is anything that makes her feel less worth than the dirt underneath the sole of your shoe.

Negative, perhaps, to some people, but I don't see how it could be seen as offensive :P It might even be charming if said the right way. But regardless of how you say it, I don't think you'd normally receive a 'yes' if you were asking a stranger, just a chuckle and a 'no thank you'. That would be my response, at least, if a person I'd just met said that to me :)
On the other hand, if you were saying it to your girlfriend, it would depend on how you treat her on a normal day. I'd elaborate, but I'm in a hurry atm :)
