No idea, I'm in a country where it's flooding and you'd be better off with a boat on your roof.

Just take a leap out of the other countries who have boiling hot weather every year. Lots of water, vegetables and fruit should help a lot.

That's about the best thing you can do. That's what we do in Florida. Get out early to do whatever and go out in the evening when the sun is going down.

Just take the small private jet to the "cabin" in northern British Columbia, up there by the Yukon River. Doesn't everyone have a similar get away? This is what the "Top 2% Club"
does, and we invite the Romneys, Palins, even Dan Quayle, to come up on weekends. If you don't have such a spot it is your own fault, as Mitt reminded you a couple of months ago. Get with the program and become a hedge fund owner or at least an employee and you, too, can join the Club.

I do 3 out of 4 answers. Ben & Jerry's when it is time for eating dessert. Stay inside until it is fair outside to walk around, night time a good time. Swimming if my Sister is around and invited me to her condominium. Good thing monsoon season is upon us New Mexicans.

Luckily I work 20+ hours a day so I don't go out in it too much, but when I do (like to walk across campus to class) it's horrible! Even walking 20 feet to enter the coffee shop is bad. In Vegas, at least, the pools are often too hot to swim in because they've been warmed and while a cold bath or shower sounds amazing, who has the time?

If I can't go swimming, I run cold water over my pulse points at my wrists. It actually helps quite a bit. So does eating spicy food.
