I'm not a big fan of pork(nothing religious, just the taste I don't like that much) but I've became quite good at cooking it, because I had to make it taste good. Cakes! I make a great spaghetti also but that doesn't count cuz everybody claims they have the best spaghetti sauce... Oh and sandwiches ain't cooking but everybody who had mine always say I make damn fine sandwiches... Over all through out the years I've become a pretty good all around cook... The secret is not to over do it to much...reply -
+1I was never much of a pork fan either. Until I tried a pulled pork sandwich one of my co-workers made. Then I taught myself how to make it taste the way I like it. I am like that with all meat. I don't like the taste of the meat itself. It lacks personality, lol.reply
- Raven cynical... 2012/08/01 05:39:10Can't disagree with that, I'm not a vegetarian but the taste of meat has grown kind of bland as got older, now I'm more fish and chicken really when it comes to meat but great vegetarian cooking is really really good I should say...reply
