Hard to say "best"...

Alien was always a favourite... of course, Sigourney was hot!

But, one of my all-time favourites was 2001: A Space Odyssey...

Oh and look, PROMETHEUS!!! and it's directed by RIDLEY SCOTT, the guy who made the first film!!!

I agree with Junior. All in all, even though Bladerunner was excellent, I would have to say that Alien takes a lot of beating.

That's a tough one, especially since "best" is merely a matter of opinion, and we might disagree on some things.
I can tell you that some of my favorites are Megamind, Altered, the Donald Sutherland version of Invasion of the Body Snatchers, and Predators.
