Any food that is prepared by and served by someone else so all I have to do is sit back and enjoy it.. I don't seek out liver or cottage cheese but rumaki is wonderful and lasagne with cottage cheese in it instead of ricotta is great as well. Plain tofu leaves a lot to be desired but is useful in gobs of great recipes' I have an outstanding metabolism and love to challenge its capacity to keep up.
