CASS 2012/12/13 18:38:45+12my sister commited suicide she stepped out infront of a train:( im beating myself up over wondering if she is in a better place now or worse? heaven or hell? she was only 15 lived a rough life and her bf that she lost her v too died a month previous to her doing this? whats your opinion?

I believe that someone who commits suicide is not in their right mind. They have lost all sense of reality and lost all hope. They no longer have the will to fight. They feel the only way out is to take their own life. Given this circumstance, I believe that God does not condemn this person.
What Albert Rogers says is crap. He obviously wants to impress people so he writes his garbage. He should post his OPINION as just an OPINION. This quote I posted says if you defile your body, your are defiling God,-your body is the temple of God. Suicide is about as defiling as you can get.
You people do your own research before you thumbs up people like this.
The Body is the lords tempal.
The idea that suicide will send you straight to hell comes from the Catholic church. The same church that stems from the government that persecuted, crucified and beheaded the early Christians for not worshipping their king.
The same church that introduced all the pagan practices into Christianity that persist today. Including praying in front of idols, speaking in tongues, and is now putting RFID chips in its clergy.
that Protestants omit. I will give the best to answer in what Jesus said Himself:
1 Corinthians 6:19 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; [20] you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body."
1 Corinthians 3:16-17 [16]Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? [17] If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God&'s temple is sacred, and you are that temple."
Foe me and only me, this is my belief
The proper thing to do is to remember that, no matter how bad it gets, God will either help you through it, or show you the way out.
Commandment 1. no god before me
Commandment 2. no graven images
Commandment 3. no taking gods name in vain
Commandment 4. remember the sabbath
Commandment 5 honor thy father and mother
Commandment Number 6, the one you're so sure of was number 5. thou shall not kill.
Perhaps you should read your own big book of nonsense at least once.
Suicide = self murder.
God has commanded us not to murder.
Further, Christians are told to treat our body as the temple of the Holy Spirit. Suicide would be a rather direct harm to that temple.
I've seen comments here (and heard teachings elsewhere) that suicide is an "unforgivable sin. This is absolutely false. The only unforgivable sin is to reject Christ all the way to the point of death. (Once you are dead, it is too late to accept His grace.) If you are a Christian, suicide does not void your Salvation. (Nothing can.)
